We offer full-service interior design, partnering with you from initial concept through final installation. We translate your needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences into a cohesive, functional space, while thoughtfully managing every detail along the way.

1. Discovery Call

This first call is a chance for us to connect and learn more about your project. We'll review your desired timeline, scope of work, high-level goals, and budget parameters (if known), and answer any questions you may have about our process.

2. In person meeting and site walk through

Following our initial call, we'll schedule an in-person meeting and site walk-through (when possible) to review the space firsthand, discuss ideas, and gather measurements and project details. Multiple site visits may be required to accommodate measurements, contractor coordination, and trade walk-throughs.

3. Discovery + Design Direction In studio meeting

We begin with a deep-dive design meeting to fully understand your goals, budget parameters, and how you live in your space. This conversation informs every design decision moving forward.

4. Design/Budget Development

Once the initial high level design direction is established, we prepare a projected budget that includes:

• Contractor + trade estimates

• Initial concept + layout Drawings

• Finish materials

• Fixtures, furnishings, and lighting

• Installation costs

This provides clarity on overall estimated investment before moving into contract, final design, purchasing and construction.

5. Design Presentation

From there, we develop a complete design plan within the estimated budget

• Space planning + layout

• Finish selections (tile, stone, flooring, paint, hardware, etc.)

• Fixture and lighting specifications

• Furnishings + decor (as applicable)

• Detailed drawings (elevations), design documentation + specification sheets

6. Project Coordination + Implementation

We act as your design advocate throughout the project, managing details and communication between all parties.

This includes:

• Ongoing coordination with your contractor and trades

• Procurement and management of all orders (fixtures, finishes, furnishings, lighting)

• Tracking lead times, deliveries, and backorders

• Site visits throughout construction to ensure work aligns with the approved design

• Installation oversight when applicable

Our role is to protect the integrity of the design while keeping the project on vision, on time, and on track.
